§1 Scope
The terms and conditions are applicable to you, the client, and Dustri-Verlag Dr. Karl Feistle GmbH & Co. KG, the provider.
§2 Ordering
Enjoy browsing through our range of products! See something you like? Click on the item and then place it in the virtual "Shopping cart" by clicking on the button "Add to shopping cart". A new site opens. Click “Select” and determine the desired quantity. At the bottom of the site you will find the button "Your shopping cart". You may remove the items you selected at any time. Click “Proceed”. Please log in using your password and e-mail address or create an account. Once registered, you will find a list of all the selected items and the total price. This includes any other costs arising with the order. Click “Proceed”. Please verify your shipping address by clicking "Verify". In case you wish to correct any information please click “Edit profile”. Click "Proceed to checkout" and follow the on-screen instructions. Review your order information and click "Place your order" to complete your purchase. You may correct or delete your information at any time by tapping "Confirm deletion". If you wish to correct the quantity of the items selected, write the correct number in the field. Click "Confirm correction". Please select the payment method.
§3 Contract conclusion
By placing an order the customer makes a legally binding offer to contract. We, Dustri-Verlag Dr. Karl Feistle GmbH & Co. KG, will immediately confirm the receipt of your order by an automatic confirmation email which is still non-binding. However, once you have received our second e-mail “Confirmation of the order”, the agreement is binding. You will receive the latter within three days after your placing the order.
§4 Nonavailability
In the rare case of (temporary) nonavailabilty of any of the items, Dustri-Verlag Dr. Karl Feistle GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right not to deliver without liability.
§5 Shipping costs
Books will be delivered to private customers free of shipping charge. However, for the delivery of our medical journals we will charge shipping fees.
§6 Payment
With the exception of any advance payments, payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt without deduction. You can make payments directly into our bank account as indicated on the invoice. You can pay by credit card, direct debit, bank transfer or PayPal.
§7 Proprietary rights
We reserve our proprietary rights until full payment of the goods has been received.
§8 Warranty
Advice of damage must be given in writing to Dustri-Verlag Dr. Karl Feistle GmbH & Co. KG within three clear days of delivery. The statutory warranty and the guarantee do not apply to loss or damage of the products caused by negligent use.
§9 Jurisdiction
If the client is a merchant or legal entity of public law, all disputes arising from this contract shall be settled exclusively by the competent court where Dustri-Verlag Dr. Karl Feistle GmbH & Co. KG holds its registered office (Munich).
