Abstrakt

Digital applications in the postrehabilitation phase are becoming increasingly important in pulmonary rehabilitation. Studies show that mobile applications can improve training intensity, quality of life, and disease management. They show promising results, especially in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Asthma, Interstitial Lung Diseases (ILD), and in the post-COVID situation. This article presents the latest disease-specific research findings, discusses clinical relevance, and identifies challenges and opportunities in the implementation of digital tools in this context.
