Abstrakt

Surgery plus adjuvant chemotherapy is a promising therapeutic approach in early diagnosed SCLC. Careful preoperative staging with special regard to lymph node status is mandatory for indication for surgery and is directly correlated with prognosis. When indicated, minimal-invasive lobectomy with systematic lymphonodectomy followed by chemotherapy is therapy of choice.
