Abstrakt
This paper deals with various sorts of COVID-19 vaccine and other supportive strategies of prevention. Corresponding principles are described, and potential advantages and disadvantages are discussed. Moreover, constructive suggestions are given for optimization of current complementary strategies. Based on explanations of the humoral and cellular immunity, messenger-RNA-based and vector-virus-based vaccines are compared with traditional antigen-based vaccines and antibody-based passive immunization - including considerations about real complications reported up-till now and potential long-term complications such as antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE), eosinophilic pulmonary infiltrations and cell fusions caused by corona virus or isolated spike protein. Additionally, potential benefits of rapid tests and air purifiers are discussed.
