Abstrakt
There is a growing evidence in treatment of respiratory disorders by nasal highflow. The application induce changes in physiology of breathing. This results in reduced work of breathing, stabilizes oxygenation and decreases hypercapnia. In this paper we will discuss the physiological basics, available devices and evidence of nasal highflow therapy.
