Abstrakt

In Germany network supply in the psychosomatic rehabilitation of children and adolescents is served predominantly by the services of the SGB V, VI, IX and XII. It is crucial to consider the comorbidities, the severity of the disease and the psychosocial obstacles of the patients. The necessity of network supply and aftercare is shown for the symptom of school-avoiding behavior: The diagnosis itself is not very important for the processing and is not specifically encoded in ICD 10. Depending on the context, it needs support from the authorities, such as schools, family-judge or police, in cooperation with physicians/therapists, counseling centers, acute care hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. All participants of this network are supposed to cooperate well, so that the clients can reach sustainable and stable participation and can be accompanied even to employment.
