Individual rate

The Individual rates apply only to subscriptions paid by personal cheque or credit card and delivered to a private address.

Trainee subscription

Trainee subscriptions have to be accompanied by a confirmation of the program director that the subscriber is a trainee.

Subscription period

Subscriptions are entered on a calendar year basis only (January to December). Orders for multiple years are not accepted.

Subscriptions are automatically canceled at the end of the year and recommence only with renewal. Prepayment is required on all orders.

Back volumes

Back volumes are available at 2010 subscription rates.

Claims for missing issues will be serviced at no charge, when received within six months of the mail date. Issues claimed after this date will be charged at a single-copy price.

Missing issues

Orders are available only to current subscribers and cannot be ordered in place of regular journal subscriptions. Bound volume orders for the current year have to be placed until November 30 of the current year.

Payment must accompany orders. Visa-, Master- and Eurocard accepted.
