The contract is accomplished with entry of the order at the Dustri-Verlag
Dr. Karl Feistle. The delivery of our books at private customers
occurs within Germany in a postage-free way. The invoice amount is
within 30 days according to date of invoice pay. For orders from a
foreign country a pre-payment is urgently necessary. The payment can
occur through check and/or credit card (Visa- or Mastercard).
For the book dispatch into a foreign country the dispatch charges have
to be paid by the customer.
Dustri-Verlag Dr. Karl Feistle grants a 25% discount to booksellers.
Discount does not apply to postage.
The order can be revoked within 14 days after receipt of the product
in writing to the Dustri-Verlag Dr. Karl Feistle under the below
indicated postal address. Paperbacks are impossible of returning. The
withdrawal period is preserved also through punctual sending back of
the unopened product. The sending-date is valid in each case. The
costs of the sending back have to be paid by the customer up to a
purchase order value from Euro 60.00.
